I received my Bachelor of Science in Training and Development from Bowling Green State University in December 2021. This was a turning point in my career and the start of an interesting path in my schooling. When I got my Master of Education in Instructional Design and Technology in August 2023, I reached another big goal. This made me more passionate about and knowledgeable about giving students meaningful learning chances.
Everything changed when I went to BGSU. My academic and professional path were shaped by teacher mentors, working together in class, and counselors. Everyone improved themselves and their careers, whether it was through one-on-one coaching, group projects, or deep talks. I will always be thankful for everyone I met and learned from. They keep me going as I grow professionally.

Ay Ziggy Zoomba!
I've been an employee at LexisNexis since 1998. I started in Customer Support at a Customer Support Representative. This is where I found my love for training. I was given a project to teach a new product and I was hooked. I have taught and mentored many individuals that have come through our doors. Many have moved on to great things and I couldn't be prouder. I am currently a Customer Success Manager. In this role, I train our customers to use our products, answer questions, reach out to clients on new features and products as well as create training for new employees and customers.
I’m a proud mom of one daughter and three sons, and our household is full of energy thanks to our two cats, Lovey and Smokie, and our playful Australian Shepherd, Jackson. Life is always busy with college trips, sports practices, school activities, and whatever else comes our way, but I wouldn’t have it any other way—it keeps things exciting and full of joy.
When the hustle and bustle quiets down, I enjoy taking time for myself. You’ll often find me curled up with a good book, diving into a new TV series or movie, or just relaxing with my favorite music playing in the background. I also love to travel whenever I get the chance, exploring new places and making memories. Spending time outdoors is another passion of mine, whether it’s hiking, enjoying nature, or just soaking up some fresh air—it’s my way of recharging and finding balance amidst the busy days.

And Fundraising Chair speaks for itself. I help our chapter with ideas for fundraising for our scholarship fund and Annual Swim1922 Swim Clinic.
